Such domain names may not be used in connection with other content, products or services not owned by the Entity and its Group or in any way that may cause confusion among End Users or discredit the Entity.
2. OBJECT
This Legal Notice contains the conditions governing access, navigation, use of the Portal and any registration in the private area of the same as AEROBIC AND FITNESS, S.L.U. it makes available to users (www.aerobicyfitness.com)
The mere access, the completion of purchase forms, as well as the formulation of queries, complaints, and, in general, any act of a similar nature to the previous ones carried out through the forms and / or electronic mailboxes existing on the Portal, will imply, on the part of the User, the unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the rules that make up this Legal Notice and the acquisition of the consideration of User of the Portal. Consequently, the User should read carefully and know the content of this Notice.

5.RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
The Authority cannot guarantee the continuity of the information provided through the Portal, nor the absolute impregnability of its contents. Consequently, the Entity cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the continuity of services due to causes outside or beyond the control of AEROBIC and FITNESS, S.L.U.

LIABILITY REGIME

The user is solely responsible for any infringements he may incur and for any damage he may cause or be caused by the use of this website. On behalf of Aerobics and Fitness, S.L.U. is exempt from any liability arising from the actions of the user.
The user shall be solely liable for any legal, judicial or extrajudicial claim or action brought by third parties against AEROBIC AND FITNESS, S.L.U. based on the user's use of the web space. Where applicable, the user shall bear all costs, expenses and compensation claimed from AEROBIC AND FITNESS, S.L.U. in connection with claims or legal actions attributed to you.

AEROBIC AND FITNESS, S.L.U. excludes any liability arising from transfers, omissions, interruptions, undesirable interference, telecommunications deficiencies, computer viruses, telephone failures or disconnections in the operational operation of the electronic system, caused by causes outside AEROBIC AND FITNESS, S.L.U.

AEROBIC AND FITNESS, S.L.U. declines all liability for information (content) or risks (technical, moral or economic damage) that exist outside the web space and can be accessed by link from it; since the function of the links that appear is only to inform about a specific topic.
The user agrees that all his personal data will be transferred in full to Aplazame from the moment the user has started to contract the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third parties who would have to access the files for the purpose of the contract, with which Aplazame maintains confidentiality agreements. It is not planned to use the data for processing other than deferred payment
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Entity owns or has obtained the corresponding license on the exploitation rights in the field of intellectual, industrial and image property on the contents available through the Portal. These contents include, but are not limited to, texts, graphic designs, drawings, codes, software, photographs, videos, sounds, databases, indexes, images, trademarks, logos, expressions and information and, in general, any other creation protected by national rules and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property (hereinafter collectively, the Contents).

If any User, entity or website wishes to establish any kind of link to the AEROBIC and FITNESS Portal, S.L.U. the following provisions shall apply:
• The link may only be used for information purposes or to promote in a positive way the commercial interests of AEROBIC and FITNESS, S.L.U. Links which are established for the purpose of defamatory, denigrating or prejudicial comparison of the products and services of the Entity are strictly prohibited.

8. DURATION AND MODIFICATION
The Entity reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice and/or the particular conditions that, where appropriate, have been established for the use and/or contracting of the products or services provided through the Portal, when it considers it appropriate or in order to adapt to legislative and technological changes, being valid and taking effect the modifications from the moment of their publication on the Portal.

10. PHISHING
Phishing is a technique that consists of spreading websites that have an aesthetic appearance similar to the original websites; to which it is intended to direct the Users to reveal their authentic passwords in the imitation environment, and thus be able to take advantage of them for fraudulent uses. Always go directly to the AEROBIC and FITNESS website, S.L.U. in the search engine: never go to the AEROBIC and FITNESS website, S.L.U. using a link received by email from an unknown sender or providing your keys by phone, SMS or email. 11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
As regards the relations established between the Entity and the User, and in particular as regards the knowledge and resolution of any disputes, discrepancies or differences that may arise between the parties, they shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and the courts of the city of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
