RETURNS
Any return that has not been communicated and accepted by Aerobic and Fitness, S.L U. (hereinafter A&F) will not be accepted. This authorization requirement is essential to proceed with the return of the product.
Aerobic and Fitness S.LU. reserves the right to accept a return for any error in showing or describing the product, since the images and details described of its products are simply taken for information purposes, and may vary at any time without notice.
Upon receipt of the goods, it is very important to check that both the packaging and the goods arrive at destination in good condition. If any incident is observed, you must report to the company that has made the transport, claiming the damage to the product and notify A&F, the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of order. Otherwise, A&F cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.
RETURN FOR REJECTION
Products may be returned within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with applicable law. Once this period has expired, A&F will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchase. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the customer exercises the withdrawal, being able to retain it until we have the product in our facilities.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of supply of clearly customized products, according to customer specifications.
The products must keep intact its original seal and will only be accepted returns in the original packaging, including the documentation of use, warranty and other documentation included in the packaging. No returns of products used by the customer will be accepted.
Shipping costs for the return of the material in case of rejection will be borne by the customer.
RETURN DUE TO ERROR
In case of receiving an incorrect product, the customer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to communicate the incident to A&F.
In this case, the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivery of the correct one will be borne by A&F, at no additional cost to the consumer.
RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case of receiving a defective product, the customer has 48 hours from the reception of the order to communicate the incidence.
Once verified the state of the product and its assignable affectation to the origin, A&F will replace it for another one in optimal conditions. In this case the exchange will always be made for the same article. The return and reshipment costs will be borne by A&F.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The customer must communicate its intention to make a return through the customer service 93 835 59 50 or through the form available here.
A&F will indicate how to proceed in each case, providing an authorization number and a form to return the products.
Aerobic and Fitness S.LU. will agree with the customer the way and the day of collection of the material to be returned. No return will be accepted without the authorization number.
The item to be returned must be properly packaged and protected for return.
In the case of defective products it will be necessary to attach a photo of their condition with the return form.
Aerobic and Fitness S.L.U. will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of goods until we have verified the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouse.
Once the product has been checked, we will communicate by email the acceptance of the return, as well as the replacement of the product or the amount of the credit as appropriate.
For the corresponding credit will be made through the same payment system chosen by the customer. The credits will be made within 14 days after acceptance of the return by A&F. However, in the case of credit card or PayPal the date of crediting the account depends on the customer's bank or PayPal system.
A&F will not be responsible for the costs and expenses incurred by the customer for those product returns that occur without following the established procedure.
